Forget about the .discinfo .  Just use all the files from the iso images 
or all the files from the ftp tree.  Do not mix and match.  So if you want 
to take a boot.iso and modify then take the one from the ftp tree if you 
have mirrored our ftp tree.  If you have gotten your tree from the iso 
images then get the boot.iso from there.
