Several of our supermicro servers have a problem regarding ps/2 devices using SL44 (I have confirmed the same problem with Centos 44).  The keyboard works fine at bios, grub and both keyboard and mouse work fine during install with anaconda however after installation the keyboard and mouse are not detected and kudzu prompts for their removal - which you cannot do because the keyboard does not work :).
