go to atrpms.net and download the rpms that correspond to your wireless card
you should search under redhat enterprise linux 4 
(http://www.atrpms.net/dist/el4/)
i think the ipw2200 driver/kernel module should work nicely.
also don't forget to install the ieee80211-kmdl and the ipw2200-firmware.
