Upon upgrading to 4.3 from 4.2, I too immediately had the ypserv
problem described here:

Upgrading to ypserv 2.13.11 (same version as in fastbug, though I did
not get it from fastbug) as described in the referenced RH bugzilla
thread

fixed the problem and has been working fine for about a month.
