I'm fairly certain that 3.0.4 will not have a problem either. Sometimes when you don't see all of the installed memory a few bios tweaks will fix it up. RHEL supports 2 CPUs and "up to 16GB". I suspect that means up to 8GB *per CPU*. In the RH world, they want you to buy AS if you need more. I'm guessing that SL is based on ES, not AS. This is conjecture only; our dual Opteron systems won't accept more than 8GB per processor, AFAIK. We're running SL302. -Miles
