The one minor gotcha Pat pointed out to me recently: if you want to
resize a partition in xfs, you can grow it but not shrink it.

But shrinking a partition is something that is far less likely to need
to be done in an enterprise environment (compared to me fighting with
too old hardware at home), so maybe that doesn't really matter.

Current versions of most distros also default to xfs, so it's also
keeping up with the Joneses from a compatability standpoint.
