I usually get the "Developer Toolset" from the CentOS SCLO repo:

Recently, devtoolset-12 SRPMs have appeared under

Two questions:

1) What is the relationship (if any) between these Developer Toolset
packages and those from the CentOS repository?

2) Are the RPMs deliberately omitted, or did I miss them?
