Hi Larry,

Sorry I missed this thread, its been a busy couple of days and just catching up now. I just responded to you about this on the forum and I apologize for that person’s behavior.

The person who responded to you on there was just another community member, in fact a young kid, trying to get his ISO burned and was rather immature in his response to you. Either way I have messaged him asked him to practice proper etiquette for the future and I apologize to you on his behalf as well.

We would actually love to help you. The best place to report bugs is on https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__bugs.almalinux.org&d=DwIFaQ&c=gRgGjJ3BkIsb5y6s49QqsA&r=gd8BzeSQcySVxr0gDWSEbN-P-pgDXkdyCtaMqdCgPPdW1cyL5RIpaIYrCn8C5x2A&m=qi5b2rHf2b-3SRaboCzbToT0Lgnk-Wo6bg-DlTBUmE0&s=nvjdZ1FU6sPfl9lQao8zvhjeRQhLImIT2SWX42neY5E&e= . This is where the anyone doing any dev work would be looking for issues. Additionally, we are also on Freenode IRC in #almalinux and we would love for you to join us there at any point to discuss any support issues, concerns, features, etc.

Thanks,
Jack
