Hi, Jack - good to hear from AlmaLinux. I wish you and your project best luck
and speedy progress.

I do not think of Alma Linux, Rocky Linux, etc as competitors ("who is better?"),
to me they are partners at a common goal, like the two guys on both sides
of a two-man wood saw.

My biggest worry is with Red Hat throwing more unexpected curved balls, as they have now
done 3 times (RH "E" Linux, "purchase" of CentOS, unexpected death of CentOS Linux).

Things seem to be much quieter and event-less in the BSD and Debian (& co) camps.
