Looks like this is a known issue and has been fixed in Fedora 25:

https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__bugzilla.redhat.com_show-5Fbug.cgi-3Fid-3D1389772&d=DwIFaQ&c=gRgGjJ3BkIsb5y6s49QqsA&r=gd8BzeSQcySVxr0gDWSEbBYBgsCHS7vSr83lHQ-aa58eXICk1KkzZlAHgohLRRrX&m=z-HKDK0KrVFjJSWcYJ-y2vqyiEy0-AXE_6kTdVrapvY&s=6NRzh6SI-Mz207JhlkSxd5o2PvEsgpZe5OXK_yWY5Z8&e=

Because SL rebuilds the package from the upstream source, you'd need
to file a bug at https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__bugzilla.redhat.com&d=DwIFaQ&c=gRgGjJ3BkIsb5y6s49QqsA&r=gd8BzeSQcySVxr0gDWSEbBYBgsCHS7vSr83lHQ-aa58eXICk1KkzZlAHgohLRRrX&m=z-HKDK0KrVFjJSWcYJ-y2vqyiEy0-AXE_6kTdVrapvY&s=Fy8pHyGfppRrPBlypIi7nleqywthnusXHNm_I96Cf5Y&e= to get the fix into RHEL
7.
