Thanks!  Doing so.  Comment: just because one has a database, it doesn't
mean config options have to be put into it rather than a plaintext file :(
Sort of the converse of the usual problem of people using
spreadsheets when they really ought be using a DB.

Also in reading around, I found that TUV depreciated openldap-servers
starting in 7.4, and it won't be included in "future major releases",
because they want people to subscribe to their IdM product.
Unfortunately, I don't think that's something that comes through in SL.
