I too had a similar removal also about two years ago.  Re-signed up and 
everything has gone smoothly until now.  I don't have anything to do 
with Outlook, 365, or anything Microsoft but received the same message 
as the rest of you have reported..

I suspect it must be a problem with Fermilab.
