Internal testing uncovered a critical bug with SLSA-2018:3410 and
SLSA-2018:3059 on systems with nVidia hardware.

With some nVidia cards running the nouveau driver X fails to start and
Xorg.0.log contains a large number of errors[1].

This bug can be replicated on TUV's 7.6 install media.

We've filed a bug upstream[2] to see about addressing this issue.

Until a clear workaround is discovered, the SL7.6 release,
SLSA-2018:3410, and SLSA-2018:3059 are on hold.

Other published SL7.6 errata will be published as projected on November
26 2018.

The proprietary nVidia driver[3] is not impacted by this bug.

Thanks for you patience,
SL Team
