Scientific Linux 7.6 RC x86_64

These are the notes for the "RC" of Scientific Linux 7.6

Please also review TUV's 7.6 Release Notes for major upstream changes.

This will be published as SL 7.6 on Nov 26 2018 unless any critical bugs
are reported.

Major Differences from SL 7.5

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

sl-release is updated to use the 7.6 repos.

PackageKit has initial support for notification of SL7 minor release 
upgrades.
   This requires features present in the BETA release.  These will be 
backported Nov 26.
     If you wish to test this, please edit /etc/redhat-release and set 
it the version to 7.4
     Then run gpk-update-viewer
