I haven't had a chance to try to figure out a cause yet, but some combination
of the testing and 7.6 beta updates caused my EFI system to fail to boot due
to a missing /boot/efi/EFI/scientific/grub.cfg file. Perhaps it being moved
from /boot/efi/EFI/redhat/grub.cfg? Like I said though, just is just an
initial report for others to be careful with their efi systems. I was able to
fix boot by booting to rescue media and then:

grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/efi/EFI/scientific/grub.cfg
