Adding advice to execute "yum update rdma-core.x86_64" before actually
doing "yum update" would be nice to have in release notes as well.

(failing to execute that command would result in "yum update" pulling
tons of extra .i686 packages which no one depends on due to specific
logic in how yum resolves dependencies)
