I do:

/usr/bin/rpm --import /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-sl
/usr/bin/rpm --import /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-sl7

in my kickstarts scripts, but using the '-y' option to 'yum update' or 'yum install' also works.
