I'm not sure what was going on - there were so many different issues happening
at once I'm not sure what the causes were.  At the moment things seem to be
working, even with machines just running with sl-security updates.  One change
that impacted us was dropping rpc.svcgssd from nfs-utils in the 7.4 package.
Might hit others who opted to stay with that rather than move to gssproxy.
