Presumably this:
Linux newbie's guide will explain how to setup an encrypted laptop with encrypted dropbox and google drive.
The "Widower's guide" will also say:
a) put these files containing all the encryption keys and the secret password on a USB key
b) put the USB key into this nice engraved metal locked box
c) give this box to your partner with instructions "give this box to a computer guru, they will use
the contents to figure out how to get access to all my files, hopefully".
