I used the same source as for SL6, since it seems to be what you were using, but note that it's getting a bit outdated (3.4.8 when Fedora 25 has 4.2.5): https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/gramps

You can get the RPM here: https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/gramps/3.4.8/1.el7/noarch/gramps-3.4.8-1.el7.noarch.rpm
