I use a "magic" bash script for doing this, however it isn't very
complicated. There are several guides you can still find online for
doing respins before revisor and other tools existed.
Essentially it makes a copy of the original ISO contents, makes
customizations I need (extra RPMs, kickstart files, modified
bootloader), rebuilds the repository using createrepo and such, then
builds the new ISO and implants the md5.
