Hello,

I'm using SL 6.7 as a VMware Guest; how or where could I change the
default screen resolution that is active before I log into the system;
(I would like to change it from 1280x768 @ 60 Hz to 1280x1024 @ 60 Hz,
how could I achive this?)

System -> Preferences -> Display changes the resolution for the user,
which is used after he/she has logged into the system;
(there I changed to my preferred resolution of 1280x1024 @ 60 Hz I'd like
to have this systemwide)

Thanks in advance;

Greetings from Austria
Walter H.
