Ask them if they were visiting any specific web sites at the moment of the crash.
Last time we had problems with firefox (or was it google chrome?),
the affected/complaining/crashing user was using it to read a reputable
mainstream Israeli newspaper. Guess what we told him is the simplest solution
to avoid crash?
