As has been said multiple times, if you are wanting to see what might
be going into future EL's you need to look at Fedora and not at a 3rd
hop downstream. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Perl

That said there are various forms of perl6 in Fedora and some CPAN
items there. The language is not a drop in replacement for perl5 so
you can't just switch them out.

I do not expect at this time that perl6 would be in RHEL-8 but could
be in EPEL for either 7 or 8 if people wanted it to and worked on
doing so.
