Hi again
I still have an issue with the new kernel recognising my weather station. After switching off amd-iommu I was able to connect to the weather station, but each morning shortly after 3am the USB connection is lost and only a reboot restores it.
Dec 28 03:21:54 ferguson kernel: ohci-pci 0000:00:13.0: frame counter not updating; disabled
Dec 28 03:21:54 ferguson kernel: ohci-pci 0000:00:13.0: HC died; cleaning up
Dec 28 03:21:54 ferguson kernel: usb 7-2: USB disconnect, device number 2
Dec 28 03:21:55 ferguson systemd-udevd: error opening USB device 'descriptors' file
I have changed back to the older kernel for now.
Also, I am getting ABRT messages about tracker. See below.
