hi:
     in my country maybe millions of ip address are blocked. my ISP
has over 20 millions of ip addresses, and I notice this year most of
our network under the ISP can not connect scientific linux network.

    it maybe hard to release so many ip addreses (I had provide some
sample ip address but got no further response). so maybe we could put
the mirror list at some other network so people can at least get
updates? ths current default setup is helpless since the server is
blocked:

mirrorlist=http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/mirrorlist/sl-base-7.txt
