at my site it seems to work. How have you installed it?

Right version 32bit/64bit?

rpm -i ./libqb-0.17.1-1.el6.x86_64.rpm

or 

yum install ./libqb-0.17.1-1.el6.x86_64.rpm



So, it's time to
