Sure, this happens to me too on one of the servers. Not sure what's the
difference, maybe it's because I updated that one to 7.1 manually, while
others had 7x repo enabled already. Unable to get rid of it as well.

It doesn't even have any of the packages in question (samba
client/server or libraries) installed.
