It appears kpasswd has similiar issue.  Possibly looking for
openafs-1.6 specifically.  All other available openafs-1.6 packages
are already installed when I see this error.

I also wondered about the name suffix.  I assumed there must be some
good reason but my preference would be that the version not be in the
package name.
