Hi all,

Finding a need to trim and expand on the package 'mock-sl6-config' which
is in the 'sl-addons' repo for SL 6. I decided to create a new package.

New package for test and review: sl-mock-config

New package highlights:

* Adds additional base repos in case of failure.
* Reduces amount of packages initially downloaded and installed.
* Adds SL 7 x86_64 config files.
* Build for SL 6 on 6, 7 on 6, 7 on 7 and 6 on 7 ...
* Obsoletes 'mock-sl6-config' package.

If people could test, review and offer feedback it would be much
appreciated.

This is early and ongoing work with at least one issue to address (see
issues on bitbucket).
