Ok, not blind, 'yumdownloader --source sl-release' returns.

No source RPM found for sl-release-7.0-2.2.sl7.x86_64
sl-release-7.0-1.3.sl7.src.rpm

As you can see it cannot find the SRPM for that version and grabs the
latest it can find.
