ipa-server and ipa-server-trust-ad require subscription-manager.  Seems like
SL7 shouldn't even be providing this package.  With it installed you get:

Loaded plugins: priorities, product-id, subscription-manager
This system is not registered to Subscription Management. You can use
subscription-manager to register.

when running yum.
