SL7: Missing texlive-* packages

I have encountered some missing packages in SL 7 and I can’t find any explanation in the release notes or through web searches.  Does anyone know why the following packages are missing from SL7?

texlive-pdfcrop-*
texlive-vmargin
texlive-collection-luatex

There are others, but these are my short term concern.  There are only 583 texlive- packages in the SL7 repo (texlive 2012 r30134) whereas for the same version of TexLive in Fedora 19, there are more than 1000.
