I publish RPM build structures at
https://github.com/nkadel/samba4repo, with references and RPM building
tools for all the relevant components such as libtevent, libtalloc,
etc. I'm hesitant to publish RPM's because I don't have secure enough
public space and build environments to feel really confident of the
safety of the binaries.

The git repos, however, are quite handy for building up the RPM's,
including a local yum repository to build the components of the
toolchain. I did the same sort of thing for RT version 4, at
https://github.com/nkadel/rt4repo, and for libwww-perrl version 6 at
https://github.com/nkdel/lwprepobuilder/.
