Historically there used to be an 'install' DVD, roughly matching TUV's
own, plus the Everything DVD.

I don't know how many people would still appreciate an Install
version, whether as a like-for-like match or for the smaller download
/ (one layer) DVD image?

Also, there used to be a bug whereby you couldn't choose install
security fixes/updates during the installation if you had used the
Everything DVD, whereas it would be OK to do so with the Install one.
I don't know if this would still be the case (and/or if it was an
SL-specific bug)?
