Hello all,

I've been running SL6.3 for a long time. Now I'd like to start using
6.5 and I'd like to do local replicas of SL repos.

yum-conf-sl6x-1-2.noarch
yum-conf-sl-other-6-4.1.noarch
sl-release-6.5-1.x86_64

provide the repositories for 6.5.

yum-conf-sl-other-6-4.1.noarch can be ignored as it has all repos disabled

sl-release-6.5-1.x86_64 provides base + security

and I have a question about yum-conf-sl6x-1-2.noarch . Why is this enabled by default?
Is a replica of sl-release (base+security) enough for running 6.5 ?

Best Regards,
Arnau
