Figured it out:

ffmpeg -ss 0:00:00.0 -t 00:07:21.0 -i "source.mp4" -acodec copy
"Destination.mp4"

ffmpeg -ss 0:00:00.0 -t 00:07:21.0 -i "Michèle Lagrange - Bellini -
Norma - Concert - Paris - 1989.mp4" -acodec copy "Michèle Lagrange -
Bellini - Norma - Concert - Paris - 1989-2.mp4"

Cuts out all the blabbing at the end so you can listen to
a beautiful area without two minutes of someone blabbing
about it at the end.

Thank you all for the suggestions,
-T
