I now see -rocee is from the High Performance Network add-on. Having them in the SL base seems consistent with how other add-ons (scalable filesystem etc.) are handled. On the other hand, those don't replace base packages. Maybe this one is a case for doing it differently?

It would be nice to get the corresponding packages from RHBA-2013-1830 into fastbugs too, since the ones from RHBA-2013-1830 seem rather broken.
Again, sorry for bringing this up the very day you wanted to release 6.5 :-(
