Confused about the repos for devtoolset and software collections

Hi,

I'm slightly confused as to which location is the released version of 
the software collections and devtoolset.


(a) There are those under:

http://ftp2.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/6.4/x86_64/external_products/

(and similarly for 6x).

(b) But there is also:

http://linuxsoft.cern.ch/cern/devtoolset/
http://linuxsoft.cern.ch/cern/scl/


(b) contains devtoolset-2, which (a) doesn't.

Which is the "supported" repository ?
