After some changes to my local repo and a yum clean all I can no longer 
reproduce it.  I may be triggered only if there is an unsigned package in the 
transaction or something similar which causes yum to search all of the listed 
gpgkeys.  I suspect you still want to remove the dawson key from sl-other.repo 
at least for 6.3
