Hello,

It looks like you had 'fastbugs' enabled at some point.

Error: Protected multilib versions: file-libs-5.04-11.el6.i686 !=
file-libs-5.04-13.el6.x86_64

You will find a matching version of file-libs in the sl-fastbugs 
repo.[1] If you enable the fastbugs repo you should be able to install 
the newer version of file/file-libs.
