> The latest kernel-2.6.18-308.8.2.el5.x86_64 would failed to boot,

How far is it getting? Is it hanging? Is it resetting/rebooting? Have

the problem is occurring?

I had a case of reset-during-boot, and resorted to recording a video
of the screen to catch just where it was failing.
