We only change a srpm when either there are "trademark" requirements or a
build issue requires it.

We have no need for a "public manual" as the public does not build SL.

We download the src.rpm files from TUV.

Rebuild with "rpmbuild --rebuild <src.rpm> . The rebuilding is done for
each arch . We use "mock" as easy "chroot" environment for SL 5. For SL
6 we use "koji" which uses "mock" underneath.

The resulant binary rpms are placed in the "tree" . Scripts are run to
create supporting files.
