You can find the latest 1.4 RC5 at:

 	http://pkgs.repoforge.org/wine/

Or by enabling the Repoforge (RPMforge) testing repository.

Repoforge is organised through Github, anyone is able to modify one of our 
SPEC files and perform a pull-request to get one of the packages updated 
to a new release. Feel free to use this mechanism in the future:
