It's <size of ISO> + <20-30 MB> + <persistent overlay>

The additional 20-30 MB comes from doubling the kernel (vmlinuz0) and intial ramdisk (initrd0.img) once for EFI and once for sylinux boot. Of course, the exact 
number depends on the size of kernel and initrd.
