If you know that TUV is going to call their next version
nfs-utils-1.2.3-16 (or higher), why not bump to nfs-utils-1.2.3-15.1?

The version isn't going to match the TUV but their next version will
replace the reissued package and all of the installed hosts would have
received the fixed package.
