No. The punctuation reads another way.

 	httpd-2.2.15-9.sl6.2
is the second release/build of http-2.2.15-9 for sl6, whereas
 	thunderbird-1.9.2.20-3.el6_1
is the (first) release/build for sl6_1 of thunderbird-1.9.2.20-3
