In theory, it should work correctly as a repo.

This, *should* work in /etc/yum.repos.d/

[kernel-xen]
baseurl=http://www.crc.id.au/repo/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0

If that fails, let me know - and feel free to download the RPMs manually 
for testing.

At this stage, they are not signed, nor is there a -devel or -headers 
RPM for the kernel. Trying to take baby steps here ;)
