Hello,
Shawn has provided us with new browser splash pages to replace our 
traditional Tux the penguin on a plain white web page.

Besides looking better, these pages have the images embedded in them. 
This way they don't rely on anything external and are more portable.

I am attaching the english version, as well as a blank version.

If anyone wants to take the english version and translate it into your 
native language, that would be wonderful.  All languages that don't get 
translated will get the blank version, which is still much better 
looking that our previous version.
