 From what I understand, and I'm happy to be corrected here if I'm 
wrong, the kernels mayoung does are the RHEL kernel with specific Xen 
patches applied. I believe this is different to the xen kernel at
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jeremy/xen.git

It also seems to lag behind somewhat. The current EL6 kernel is 
2.6.32-131.2.1, whereas mayoung has only patched up until 2.6.32-71.29.1 
as you rightly posted.
